Association Dues
The Woodscape Homeowners Association assesses and collects dues annually from its members. The money collected from the homeowners is used to pay for the business of the Woodscape Homeowners Association.

Current Dues
The dues for 2022-2023 are $250. -
Billing
Bills are mailed out each June to all property owners and are due without penalty by July 31st of the same year. -
Late Fees
Late fees will be applied to annual dues payments made after the above-referenced due date. All costs associated with the collection of unpaid dues, including legal fees, will be added to the outstanding balance, when incurred. -
Adjusted Payment Schedule
The Woodscape Homeowners Association and Board are sympathetic to residents who would prefer an adjusted payment schedule to pay their annual dues. Those interested should contact CYC Realty Management upon receipt of the annual dues notice. -
Penalty
Members that fail to pay their dues or the incurred late fees are subject to any of the following penalties: a refusal by the Board to permit the sale of a home, a lien assessed on the deed of the property, a bad credit filing with one or more of the national credit reporting agencies, any other penalty that the board deems appropriate. -
Expenses
The money collected from the homeowners is used to pay association operating expenses such as insurance for the Board and the association property, maintenance of association property, annual meeting expenses, website hosting, accounting, postage, and property taxes.
