Homeowner Information

As a Woodscape homeowner, you are a member of the Woodscape Homeowners Association (WHA). Woodscape is a Planned Urban Development (PUD) originally sponsored by Rosen-Michaels, Incorporated.

Rosen-Michaels Inc., and subsequently the Michaels Group, developed the land in the early nineteen-eighties and built the 171 units of single-family houses and townhomes. The WHA owns two parcels of forever wild land. The original Offering Plan describes this land, the bylaws, and the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.

The WHA Board of Directors has been designated to provide for the maintenance, preservation, and architectural oversight of property within the Woodscape development. The WHA Board of Directors manages and maintains the land (aka common areas) and islands at the entrance, exit, and cul-de-sacs, and enforces the covenants and restrictions. The goal of the WHA Board of Directors is to maintain Woodscape as a desirable place to live.

As per the covenants and restrictions, exterior projects or changes to your house, townhome or property require prior approval by the WHA Board of Directors. This includes, but is not limited to, exterior stain and trim color, windows, shutters, doors, garage doors, roofs, sheds, additions, decks, patios, landscape/yard structures and fences. Please go to the Exterior Changes page for additional information on this topic. You may also contact CYC Realty Management and the Woodscape Board of Directors with questions and to request information.

Each June, the WHA holds its annual meeting to review WHA business and elect a Board of Directors. All WHA members are encouraged to attend.

Please take time to explore this website for information of interest and importance to all homeowners and residents.

Please help us to maintain accurate up to date Homeowner records by completing and submitting the Property Information Form to CYC Realty Management.

Please contact the Woodscape Board at board@woodscape.info and CYC Realty Management with your questions and/or requests for information/assistance.

Sincerely,

Board President
