Covenant
Rosen-Michaels Inc. included and bound to the original property deeds for all Woodscape properties an Offering Plan describing the land, Woodscape Homeowners Association Bylaws, and Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions. These documents are filed with the Albany County Clerk's Office and are legal and binding. All homeowners must abide by the Bylaws, Covenants and Restrictions.

"Policies and Regulations" Document
In 1996, a document was written by the presiding board of that time in an attempt to provide additional guidance to residents and association board members. Please note that the guidance in this document was not intended to be comprehensive and it is not fully accurate or up to date. To the extent that some of the information it contains is still helpful to homeowners and board members, it is provided below in pdf format. Current, up to date guidance may be obtained by contacting the Woodscape Board of Directors.
Title History
The recorded history of the land encompassed by the Woodscape development has been traced back over 50 years through an extensive title search performed in June 2010. The title search and the various documents it produced are available electronically upon request to CYC Realty Management.
